SKELAR is hiring a Payroll Operations Manager to organize and oversee compensation payments for its businesses, including 2,500+ employees across Ukraine, Poland, and other countries. The role manages the compensation payment system, develops banking infrastructure, coordinates corporate loans, plans payment funds, monitors payment deadlines, and collaborates with accounting, finance, legal, and external partners. Candidates need at least three years of experience in payroll operations or related financial processes and strong coordination and oversight skills.
