Airwallex is seeking a Global Payroll Operations Manager to oversee global payroll processing, compliance, reconciliations, close procedures, employee queries, process improvements, and payroll system implementation. The role partners with legal and HR on international expansion, advises employees on pay and award changes, and supports payroll data analysis and automation. It requires at least five years of regional end-to-end payroll experience, familiarity with payroll vendors and HRIS integrations, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
