Payroll Specialist (Asia Pacific & Latin America), Human Resources - General & Administrative at Stepstone

StepStone is hiring an APAC and LATAM Payroll Specialist based in Singapore to process and reconcile international payrolls across APAC and LATAM, coordinate with local HR, finance, and third-party payroll providers, maintain employee records, ensure statutory compliance, support audits and month-end close activities, and improve payroll systems. The role requires at least two years of multi-country payroll experience, knowledge of payroll legislation in countries such as China, Japan, and Singapore, third-party payroll provider experience, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with payroll or HRIS systems. The position is hybrid.
