Payroll Specialist at Anders Group

Anders Group is hiring a full-time Payroll Specialist to manage weekly external payroll for traveling healthcare professionals. The role collects and audits timesheets, processes payroll through ADP and Salesforce, handles deductions and reimbursements, resolves pay discrepancies, supports onboarding and rehiring, and provides customer service to employees. The position requires ADP experience, strong accuracy, and attention to detail, with healthcare staffing, VMS, multistate, and Salesforce experience preferred. It is a Monday-through-Friday, 40-hour-per-week schedule with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
