Description
The Payroll Specialist will manage a portfolio of clients by independently creating and reviewing monthly payroll statements, handling tax and social security compliance, supporting audits, coordinating electronic reporting, preparing HR statistics, and serving as the central contact for compensation-related matters. The role requires several years of payroll and HR administration experience, commercial training, and strong knowledge of wage tax and social security law; P&I LOGA knowledge is advantageous. It offers direct placement in a permanent contract, home-office possibility, part-time or full-time work up to 38.5 hours per week, and employer contributions to employee capital-forming benefits and pension schemes.
