Keeley Companies is hiring a Payroll Specialist for its corporate headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. The role manages payroll processes, including certified payroll processing, collective bargaining reporting and reconciliation, payroll audits, employee records, layoff and termination checks, multi-company payroll, employee inquiries, year-end reporting, and garnishment and deduction processing. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, experience with CMiC, familiarity with multi-state tax regulations, and preferably 1–3 years of related experience, an accounting or business-related associate degree, and experience with UKG or multi-craft unions.
