Wabtec is hiring a Payroll Specialist, HR Operations to manage end-to-end payroll processing and employee lifecycle transactions across India and designated APAC countries. The role oversees payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, vendor governance, audits, reporting, escalations, process documentation, and continuous improvement, while partnering with HR, Finance, legal, tax, and external payroll providers. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 9–10 years of hands-on payroll experience across India and APAC or multiple countries, and expertise in payroll systems, controls, compliance, and HR technology platforms.
