The client is hiring a Payroll Specialist Compensation (Payroll and Salary Accountant) at the Erkrath site to process monthly payroll, maintain employee data, serve as the payroll contact for employees, prepare reports and notifications, coordinate with authorities and health insurance providers, and support digitization and process-optimization projects. The role requires commercial training or a comparable qualification, payroll-processing experience, knowledge of wage tax and social security law, and a precise and reliable working style.
