INDUVARO is hiring a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for a parental-leave replacement in Essen and surrounding areas. The role prepares payroll statements, records and manages work and absence times, processes documentation and correspondence with authorities and health insurance providers, enters HR and payroll master data, maintains digital personnel files, and handles other HR administrative tasks. Applicants should have completed commercial training or education, ideally payroll-processing experience, basic knowledge of employment, wage tax, and social security law, MS Office skills, and preferably SAP experience.
