Stabbert Maritime is hiring a full-time, exempt Payroll Specialist to serve as the primary payroll expert for its multi-company, multi-state organization. The role processes weekly and biweekly payrolls, calculates bonuses and deductions, prepares payroll journal entries, reconciles payroll and related accounts, supports general accounting, and contributes to payroll process and technology improvements. The position is remote with a preference for working from the Ballard, Washington office four days per month, and offers $80,000–$90,000 annually plus bonus, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
