Description
The Payroll Systems & Data Coordinator audits payroll data, reconciles datasets across HRIS, timekeeping, and financial systems, investigates discrepancies, and produces dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools. The role also supports compliance with wage and hour laws, validates tax and deduction rules, and assists with payroll tax filings and W-2 and 1099 processes. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of payroll or HRIS data experience are required, while CPP or FPC certification is preferred.
