The Payroll Team Lead (m/f/d) – Payroll Processing will lead and develop the payroll team, manage daily payroll operations, improve processes and systems, support payroll cases and statutory changes, and provide HR reporting and consulting. The role requires commercial qualification, several years of payroll processing or payroll accounting experience, initial team leadership experience, and knowledge of wage tax, social security, and employment law.
