Payroll Technician (Payroll Technician II, Range 1) - San Francisco Bay Region Network (Payroll Services) at San Francisco State University

The Payroll Technician II performs experienced-level payroll processing for the San Francisco Bay Region Network, including payroll transaction entry, payment and deduction administration, time and attendance processing, leave accruals, payroll reconciliation, retirement program eligibility, and employee and departmental payroll inquiries. The role reports to the Director of Payroll, may require occasional travel and work outside normal business hours during peak periods, and is assigned to on-campus operations in California. It is a one-year probationary, full-time position with a monthly salary of $4,037 to $5,327 and medical, dental, vision, pension, 401(k), and other benefits.
