Description
The PBM Operations Associate supports cross-functional PBM operations projects, including go-live management, client and plan implementations, audits, operational coordination, project tracking, documentation, data validation, CMS reporting, and workflow improvements. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams without direct reporting authority. Two or more years of PBM, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare operations experience is preferred, and the compensation is $70,000-$85,000 per year.
