Description
The PC Programs Supervisor (PC-ICM & PC-PIR) reports to the RS Program Manager and supervises, trains, and mentors case management staff serving refugees through the Preferred Communities – Program for Initial Resettlement and Preferred Communities Intensive Case Management programs. The role oversees compliance, client assessments, resettlement planning, service delivery, referrals, documentation, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with community resources. It is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring an associate degree or 1–3 years of relevant social services or nonprofit experience, bilingual communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid California driver’s license.
