Description
The PC Support Technician builds and images Windows desktop and laptop computers using Microsoft SCCM, completes department-specific build sheets, troubleshoots PCs and printers, and assists with PC recovery and processing after lease terminations. The role requires Windows and SCCM knowledge, moderate lifting, independent work, and detailed attention; technical school or on-the-job experience is desirable, while Intune and Jamf are a plus.
