Link Solutions is hiring a non-remote PC Support Technician in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas to provide desktop and technical support for the U.S. Army Corrections Command and Army Corrections Brigade. The role covers hardware and software troubleshooting, workstation imaging and deployment, network connectivity, service tickets, IT asset documentation, technology refreshes, and on-call support for mission-critical systems. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active DoW Secret Clearance, hold IAT Level II certification or higher, and have at least two years of relevant IT support experience.
