Description
The Team Leader oversees DMNC Production Control and logistics activities, including team motivation, work instructions, manpower coordination, training, associate relations, equipment and safety oversight, product identification, finished-goods storage, TS-16949 and ISO-14001 compliance, and dock-audit support. The role requires an associate’s degree or high school diploma, 2–3 years of experience, leadership experience preferably in manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills. It is a plant and office-based position with a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM core schedule.
