Description
The PC Technician provides first- and second-level computer support, troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, maintenance, ticketing, inventory, and application administration for PC environments including Microsoft, Jack Henry, and VMWare systems. The role also supports networking, VOIP, server hardware and software, and Alpine Bank-specific programs, with regular travel, weekend or evening support, and on-call availability. A high school diploma or GED, Colorado driver's license, and prior help-desk or front-line computer support are required or preferred, with CompTIA A+ certification expected within 12 months. Starting pay is $21.63 to $31.25 per hour, depending on experience.
