AM General is hiring an IT Support Specialist to deploy and support IS&S equipment and software, provide incident and service request fulfillment, manage devices and peripherals, support voice and data services, assist with endpoint and network hardening, and monitor the infrastructure and operations landscape. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree in progress in computer science, information technology, or management information systems, Microsoft Office 365 experience, and strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. It is limited to 29 hours per week, operates in an office environment, and may require travel to South Bend locations.
