Description
The Personal Care Aide provides long-term home-based Medicaid personal care services, assisting clients with activities of daily living, hygiene, feeding, medication reminders, toileting, transfers, wound care, vital signs, light housekeeping, and environmental maintenance. The role requires independent decision-making, therapeutic interpersonal skills, confidentiality, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, medical and background screening, and completion of required training and annual education.
