Spring Arbor Senior Living is hiring PCAs, CNAs, caregivers, and HHAs for part-time, PRN, and flexible shifts in Frederick and surrounding Maryland communities. The role provides hands-on resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care; maintains resident service plans; communicates with the care team; and supports programming and neighborhood operations. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related healthcare experience, pass a criminal background screening, and be willing to complete dementia care training where applicable. Starting pay is $18.83 per hour or higher based on experience, with same-day pay options and medical, vision, and dental coverage for full-time associates.
