Spring Arbor Cottages of Fredericksburg is hiring a part-time Resident Assistant/PCA/CNA for second- or third-shift overnight care. The role supports residents with dressing, toileting, mobility, and other daily needs; follows care plans; documents care; responds to resident needs; and communicates with teammates. Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete required dementia training and background screening, and bring a dependable, compassionate caregiving approach. Previous caregiving, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred, while CNA certification is welcome but not required for all positions. The starting pay is $17.58 per hour, with higher pay based on experience.
