Description
MatX is hiring a PCB Layout Engineer to design and release high-speed, high-power, high-density printed circuit boards for AI compute infrastructure, including accelerator boards, compute trays, and backplanes. The role covers floorplanning, high-speed routing, stack-up planning, BGA placement, power delivery, DFM/DFT/DFA, fabrication-package release, and bring-up support. Candidates need at least seven years of PCB layout experience, strong Cadence Allegro or equivalent EDA skills, and expertise with high-speed interfaces and complex server or AI hardware. The position offers a US base salary of $160,000 to $600,000 plus equity, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
