Description
ALTEN is hiring a PCB Manufacturing Engineer in Telford to support and improve the manufacturing of complex, high-reliability electronic products. The role involves optimizing PCB manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, investigating manufacturing issues, performing root cause analysis, collaborating with design, quality, and production teams, maintaining manufacturing documentation, and supporting new product introduction and process validation. The position requires at least five years of experience, a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent military technical background, and eligibility to obtain BPSS security clearance; it is on-site three days per week.
