Description
SpaceX is hiring a PCB Reliability Engineer for its Starshield program to support the design, test, and manufacturing of satellite, gateway, and consumer hardware printed circuit boards. The role owns PCB stackup development, introduces new materials, creates reliability test plans, manages design for manufacturability, identifies quality and cost improvements, and leads root-cause analysis of reliability failures. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field and at least one year of PCB reliability or fabrication experience. The position offers a base salary of $105,000–$122,500 for Level 1 and $120,000–$150,000 for Level 2, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
