Description

Hypertherm Associates is hiring a Manager, PCB Test Engineering to lead PCB test engineering, ICT and functional test systems, IC programming, test strategy, design for testability, manufacturing quality, and scalable test solutions. The role manages and develops a high-performing engineering team, collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and supply chain partners, and supports new product development and business growth. It is an onsite position in Lebanon, New Hampshire, with up to 10% travel, and offers a base annual salary of $107,495 to $179,160.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of leadership experience in PCB design engineering, PCB test engineering, ICT, flying probe, functional test, or IC programming systems
Experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Experience with Keysight/Agilent ICT platforms and flying probe systems
Experience developing PCB test solutions and designing fixtures
Experience with JTAG and embedded programming technologies
Experience with Altium, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and LabVIEW
Experience with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and related automation tools
Experience with statistical process control and data-driven quality methods
Experience with project and resource management
