Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer monitors product quality and performance across new product development and mass production, drives quality improvements, tracks field problems and complaints, analyzes manufacturing issues, reviews warranty and customer complaints, monitors related new-product-development activities, and serves as a customer representative. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of ISO and industrial standards and quality-control tools, electrical knowledge, and strong communication skills.
