Tampa Microwave is hiring a PCB Rework Assembler in its Clearwater, Florida location to assemble and rework printed circuit board assemblies and subassemblies. The role involves interpreting assembly and process documentation, installing electronic components, soldering with a soldering iron, identifying components, and meeting IPC and J-STD quality standards. The position requires 3–5 years of soldering experience, IPC and J-STD certification, experience with multi-layer PCBAs, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
