The role involves mechanical and electronic component assembly, staking, production tracking, basic test scripts and bash commands, quality documentation, and collaboration with engineers. Candidates need IPC certification, technical documentation skills, electronics lab familiarity, quality-control experience, and either an associate degree, trade certification, or three or more years of professional technical experience.
