The role involves translating product requirements into manufacturable test solutions, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams, supporting test-system debugging, and contributing to new-product introduction, process improvement, and lean manufacturing. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field and at least five years of PCBA test design development experience, with LabVIEW, test equipment, PCB design, and fixture design experience preferred or advantageous.
