VikingCloud is hiring a PCI Compliance Specialist to provide PCI-DSS customer support across phone, live chat, email, and back-office tickets. The role guides users through compliance processes, troubleshoots the online platform, resolves issues independently, documents interactions, and meets service and quality standards. It is remote from Illinois, Georgia, Wisconsin, or Texas, pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour depending on location and experience, and includes a bonus, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of call-center customer support experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
