Mineração Vale Verde is hiring a PCP Engineer to plan, control, and optimize production for its copper-processing plant in Craíbas, Alagoas. The role integrates mineral processing and industrial management to develop production plans, sequence operations, improve productivity and reduce costs, monitor KPIs, analyze process losses, support equipment sizing and capacity studies, and coordinate with geology, mine planning, maintenance, and operations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Mining or Production Engineering, prior mineral-processing and process-development experience, and knowledge of production planning, statistics, KPIs, continuous improvement, and industrial systems.
