Description
Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice Patient Care Specialist for a day-shift driving position serving patients in both facilities and homes within the greater Dayton/Trotwood area. The role provides compassionate hospice and palliative care, documents patient services in electronic medical records, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. CHPNA certification and nurse aide certification are preferred, with internal training offered.
