FITS is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams through the development and lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies in the medical devices, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. The role manages project initiation through delivery, including planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, cost and scope control, stakeholder communication, reporting, and resource optimization. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, at least five years of experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, bilingual Spanish and English ability, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; the schedule is the 1st shift according to business needs.
