Description
The PE Internal Audit role conducts operational, financial, and compliance audits across Rural Bank (BPR) activities, identifies risks and internal-control weaknesses, prepares audit reports with improvement recommendations, monitors implementation of findings, and ensures compliance with internal policies, OJK regulations, and applicable laws. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field, at least two years of relevant audit or compliance experience, and strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
