Description
The School Unit Principal is responsible for implementing the RED HOUSE teaching model, supervising teachers and pedagogical teams, monitoring student safety and performance, coordinating school calendars and assessments, supporting parents, and ensuring alignment with network standards. The role requires a Pedagogy degree, 3–4 years of classroom or coordination experience, international-school experience, fluent or native English, and knowledge of school management, legislation, BNCC, and people management; IB methodology is desirable. The position is based in Campo Grande.
