Julius-Reuß-Zentrum is hiring pedagogical professionals for its residential groups Akazie, Weide, and an external residential group. The role involves accompanying clients through daily routines, domestic and leisure activities, supporting individual needs and independence, handling organizational and planning tasks, documentation, and client planning. The position is permanent and available full-time or part-time at 30–100%, with a stated salary range of EUR 3,364.54–4,766.51 plus a EUR 130.00 SD allowance for full-time employment. Candidates should have pedagogical expertise, ideally experience with people with disabilities, empathy, teamwork, initiative, flexibility, a class B driving license, and interest in customer-oriented working hours without night shifts.
