RheinAssistenz GmbH is hiring a pedagogical specialist to provide individualized support to a 33-year-old person with Down syndrome and autism in their home environment in Worms-Rheindürkheim. The role focuses on communication through a Talker, daily-life structuring, skill development, leisure activities, outings, and participation in social life. It is a minijob with weekday Thursday and weekend Saturday or Sunday hours, and requires a completed degree in social work, social pedagogy, or educational science, plus relevant experience.
