Description
The Pedagogical Staff Member will guide a group of up to 16 toddlers through play-based development at Osdorpse Montessori Preschool in Amsterdam Osdorp, following a daily routine and learning program. The role involves responding to children’s needs, involving parents, referring children when necessary, and sharing updates through the parent app. The position works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and requires an SPW-3/4 or relevant MBO childcare qualification, a VVE certificate or willingness to obtain one, and strong communication skills. Compensation is €2,641–€3,992 gross per month based on 36 hours, with travel, health insurance, training, and other benefits.
