Description
Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) position at VIA Centers for Neurodevelopment in Roanoke, Virginia. The role provides applied behavior analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic setting under BCBA supervision, including assessment administration, individualized goal and behavior plan development, staff and caregiver training, ongoing supervision of behavior technicians, documentation, and billable caseload management. It is a full-time role requiring a bachelor's degree, BCaBA certification, Virginia licensure or eligibility, and at least two years of experience serving individuals with ASD.
