NOVA - ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism in an outpatient behavioral health clinic. The role involves teaching communication, play, friendship, daily living, and coping skills; implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision; collecting electronic behavior data; updating caregivers; and maintaining confidentiality.
