The role includes 8 hours in the hospital per shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., 16 hours of on-call coverage from home, and 24/7 coverage. Compensation includes salary, incentives, sign-on, benefits, retirement, relocation, vacation, CME, and malpractice coverage.
