Randstad is hiring a Pediatric Nurse to provide flexible-shift support in a pediatric ward. The role involves caring for babies, children, and teenagers; monitoring vital signs; administering medication; performing nursing procedures; maintaining a safe and child-friendly environment; reassuring parents; and coordinating with pediatricians and the permanent team. Applicants need a bachelor's or graduate degree in Nursing, preferably with pediatric or neonatal specialization or experience, along with clinical expertise, flexibility, patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. The position offers flexible early, late, night, or weekend shifts, market-rate pay according to IFIC pay scales, and compatibility with other part-time work, studies, family commitments, or self-employment.
