Children’s Minnesota is hiring a Pediatric Nursing Assistant for its Minneapolis 6th-floor 33-bed pediatric medical/surgical unit. The role provides safe patient care as delegated by licensed nursing staff and maintains equipment and supplies according to unit standards. Candidates should have completed a nursing assistant course or equivalent experience or a nursing or healthcare-related clinical practicum, hold current Basic Life Support certification, and have strong communication, critical thinking, prioritization, organizational, customer service, computer, and English-language skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and one year of previous Nursing Assistant experience is preferred. The position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits, along with possible shift differentials or premium pay.
