Therapitas is hiring a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Oklahoma City. The role involves evaluating and treating toddlers through adolescents, developing individualized plans of care, addressing fine and visual motor, sensory, executive-functioning, and functional-independence needs, documenting in an EMR, collaborating with PTs and SLPs, and supervising OTAs and students. Applicants need an accredited Occupational Therapy degree or expected graduation, an Oklahoma OT license or eligibility, and a passion for working with children and families; Spanish fluency is a plus. Compensation is $65,000–$82,000 per year plus an up-to-$8,000 signing bonus, with medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, retirement, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, continuing education, and licensure assistance.
