Therapitas is hiring a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Oklahoma City. The role conducts pediatric evaluations, develops and adjusts individualized plans of care, provides intervention for fine and visual motor, sensory, executive functioning, and functional independence needs, documents services in an EMR, collaborates with PTs, SLPs, and other team members, and supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and students. Candidates need an Occupational Therapy degree or expected graduation, an Oklahoma OT license or eligibility, and a passion for working with children and families; Spanish fluency is a plus. The position offers $65,000–$82,000 annually, medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, holidays, sick leave, continuing education, and licensure assistance.
