ADAPT Community Network is hiring a full-time Pediatric Social Worker to support the Forest Hills West School. The role provides social-emotional and family support for students with disabilities, assists families with services and resources, advocates within educational and clinical systems, documents cases, participates in interdisciplinary meetings and IEP reviews, and provides supervision and training for interns and novice social workers. The position requires a master’s degree in social work, New York State licensure, and at least one year of prior social work experience is preferred; compensation is $43.02 per hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and industry-leading benefits.
