Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring a full-time Pediatric Transitional Nurse, RN or LPN, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children and their families during hospital-to-home transitions, including assessments, medication and therapy administration, discharge support, caregiver education, interim coverage, and emergency response. Candidates must hold an active unrestricted Pennsylvania RN or LPN license, current CPR certification, pediatric home health experience, and experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management; TPN experience is preferred. The position offers day and night shifts, guaranteed hours, local travel, biweekly pay of $40 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.
