Description
Pomelo Care is hiring a full-time Pediatric Triage Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered clinical assessment and triage for pediatric patients through chat/SMS, telephone, and video modalities. The role includes following clinical protocols, assessing psychosocial needs, addressing care barriers, monitoring diagnostic results, documenting care, escalating to multidisciplinary teams, and providing feedback on programs and products. The position requires three 12-hour shifts per week, weekend and holiday rotations, and is fully remote within the United States. Candidates must be BSN-prepared Registered Nurses with current unrestricted multi-state compact licensure and at least three years of experience in outpatient pediatric primary care, pediatric urgent care, or a pediatric emergency room, along with virtual, phone, or in-person pediatric triage experience. The expected base salary is $78,000-$83,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, equity, and parental leave benefits.
